Captains
In a Captain we seek individuals who
can represent the company in a professional
manner and who pride themselves in
offering a good service.
Captains are paid a fixed fee on completion
of delivery plus their expenses. A
Captain should have at least a R.Y.A
Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate with
Commercial Endorsement.
We regularly provide skippers
to assist owners and their families,
who may be inexperienced, in becoming
accustomed to a new yacht or require
help with an extended voyage.
Deckhands Deckhands must have reasonable
sailing experience. They should
be comfortable sailing at night
and taking watches alone. However,
there will always be a skipper or
first mate on hand if needed.
This is a great opportunity to gain
valuable experience and sea miles.
Deckhands have all expenses paid
but should hold
a Day Skipper or above certificate.
Instructors and Own Boat Tuition
Several of our regular Skippers
are also qualified and experienced
RYA cruising Instructors.

their expenses met. First mates should
have the minimum of a Yachtmaster
Offshore Certificate.
Mates
Mates are qualified to Coastal Skkipper,
to assist owners, with the every day
running of your vessel during the
passage.
Its helpful
to have an experienced and reliable
individual on board for maintenance,
and general crewing duties.
They can provide tuition
and support to owners and crews in
the familiar environment of their
own boat.
