see your yacht generate its own income.
Many privately owned yachts are chartered

help to defer operating costs and
can often provide an operating profit
for the owner.
We can advise you on all aspects of
this type of business opportunity.
We can also advise you on the best
areas of operation and create regular

An initial inspection is made to familiarise
ourselves with the yacht, after which
we put together a list of known work
to be completed with a expected time
scale.
Before the yacht is taken out the
water we fully prepare her in advance.
This includes removing sails, masthead
fittings, boom and disconnecting electrics.
As Slingers and Banksmen we are qualified
to oversee the yacht out of the water
and organise the rig being taken down
if required.
Under the Waterline
Pressure wash, rub down, prime and
antifoul.
Check the keel bolts, service the
prop and check the rudder stock.
Check and arrange for tanks to be
pressure tested.
Check seals on hatches and windows.
On Deck
Service all hardware, Decks cleaned,
bright work polished.
Arrange for all sails to be taken
off, serviced, laundered and stowed.
